Uchi for the Foodie

Someone surprised me last night with gifts from my FAVORITE sushi spot, Uchi.
I can't wait to use my cookbook. If I told you how much is on the gift card, you'd hate me!
FashionCrazedFoodie Fact: After seeing Uchi (Austin) on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, I literally counted the days until the Houston location opened. I was actually privileged enough to be amongst the first to go for a private tasting, and I've been hooked ever since!
